  • Sketch artistic and fresh designs for consideration.

  • Determine financial goals and in-season projections.

  • Coordinate materials for theater productions, films, and events.

  • Alter costumes based on actor preferences, script changes, and other production needs.

  • When applicable, research era-appropriate clothing.

  • Remain backstage during performances to monitor practical use of costumes and in case of costume-related emergencies.

Head Seamstress • 2019

  • Assembled specialized garment Bunny Suit, for 2019 Bunny of the Year Award Photoshoot.

  • Determined appropriate repair solution based on garment damage to employ proper tools or equipment.

  • Performed custom fittings and completed alterations with eye toward quality and sense of urgency, with all alterations done to correspond with Playboy registered trademark.

  • Altered garments of all 30 models as sole seamstress to create custom-fitted styles to match holiday themes.

Adjunct Faculty • January 2017 – April 2018

  • Provided instruction to a class of 20 students for two college semesters on standard processes and procedures of costume design in theater, overseeing all phases of productions for "You'll Never Meet Mac De Marco," and "The Pillowman."

  • Encouraged class discussions by building discussions into lessons, actively soliciting input, asking open-ended questions and using techniques to track student participation.

  • Created visually appealing character styles that married story with director vision.

  • Suggested style changes to students to achieve improved designs.

  • Read scripts and researched appropriate costumes.

  • Attended and participated in extensive rehearsals for stage productions.
